How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking ID. You can track your order on our website using Tracking ID or by entering your email and order ID. Track Your Order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@styalishtouch.com. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been shipped. We can only make changes or cancel before your order is shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and carrier delays that are outside our control.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
For damaged or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and our team will assist you with a solution.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect or incomplete address. We will try our best to update it before the order is shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders-no minimum purchase required.

What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@styalishtouch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us atsupport@styalishtouch.com.

Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned. Don’t worry — we’ll remind you before they expire so you never miss a reward!
What are the VIP Tiers and how do they work?
We offer three exciting membership levels:

How do I check my points balance?

What happens if I return or cancel an order?
If you return an item or cancel an order, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, points are non-transferable and must be used with the same account they were earned in.
